Alina has been offering bodywork for over 20 years. She graduated from a 1000-hour program at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY in 2004, where she studied many modalities including Connective Tissue Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Reiki. Along with hundreds of hours of bodywork continuing education (see her website), Alina also holds in her heart a profound love of movement, most especially dance and time in Nature. These embodied practices deeply inform her therapeutic bodywork. Your session with her is an integration of intuitive touch, myofascial techniques and energy work. Her intention is to create a safe space for you to rest deeply into your body. She holds the belief that you have inside you what you need to heal and grow, and her role is to listen and support that natural resource, fostering your self-awareness and innate wholeness.
